Returns policy

We really want you to love your purchase. Sometimes, something goes wrong and you want to return an item. 

Returns are disappointing. We hoped you would be wowed and we failed. We also invested in serving you - in preparation, time, money and for the love of learning, so please know we are as sad as you are when you have to make a return. We hope to make the process easy by making it clear and simple below.

Damaged items

If an item is damaged, kindly take a photo as soon as you notice and email it to us. We will then get in touch with you to apologise and work with you towards a resolution. You have 30 days to let us know about damaged items. Returns after such a time period are solely at our discretion.

Non-damaged returns

Please keep the return of non-damaged items to a minimum. Returns will be eye-watering on many levels. However, sometimes we agree that they are necessary, and we do like to think of ourselves as your Classical Education Fairy Godmother. We do what we can. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt and can be for any reason. You may only return an item that is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return of non-damaged items, please follow the steps below.

  1. Let us know by emailing jake.bell@classicalconversations.com that you wish to return an item(s), including the receipt or proof of purchase. As stated above, you must make this request within 30 days of receiving your item(s). Make sure you request a refund before sending your items back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted. 
  2. After we receive your email, we will send you a postage label along with more details on making your return. Please follow any instructions we send you carefully. Disregarding our instructions may result in your return request being denied.
  3. When your item(s) arrives back with us, we will inspect it and determine the amount we can refund. Please note: The amount refunded may be reduced by the cost of postage, depending on the item(s) and your location.

Please note that digital goods cannot be returned. This policy applies to physical goods only. By downloading a digital good, you acknowledge that you no longer have a right to cancel your order.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, along with whether the refund was approved. You are guaranteed a full refund (minus any postage costs, if applicable) if you meet all the terms of this policy. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
